If your child is remaining in the Division and will no longer need to take the bus or is moving from the Division to attend another school outside of the Division, you may be refunded fifty percent (50%) of fees if the following is met:
a) You have submitted this form prior to the last day of January of any given school year.
b) The bus pass, if applicable, has been returned to transportation via your child's school.
